(1) A child working in an establishment will get twenty-four days sick leave in a year.
(2) While on sick leave, such a child will get full salary.
(3) If more than seven days of sick leave is to be approved for a child, the manager may require the submission of a certificate from a doctor recognized by the Government of Nepal.
(4) If a child suddenly falls ill and needs to stay on leave, he/she must inform the manager as soon as possible.
